King Blue is our most popular Mushroom. These Oysters are great as a meat substitute, in soups/roast, and many other delicious dishes!

These blocks contain a living organism and grow at their own pace. Look for pinning (small bubble like balls) and they will gradually get bigger as the days progress. If you are having difficulty or need troubleshooting shoot us an email! 

*Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping as these are made to order, to prevent waste. To lower our footprint of single  use plastics, spray bottles will no longer be included.
